online lessons for life
for people who refuse to suffer “old age” and instead
seek to live fully and energetically to the end.
It’s nearly impossible to find a clear way through
the haze of fad diets and “latest research.”
The worst is when we try the latest fad only to find it’s actually harmful.
Without trustworthy guidance, we default to “hope,” as in, I hope I don’t get ____
(fill in the blank with what you dread most).
WholeBlue Living, is sometimes called WholeBlue Eating because the first six weeks
we focus on what you put in your body.
However, what we eat and how we live our days are all connected.
So in the last four weeks of the course, we evaluate our beings from a Whole perspective,
looking at ways we can improve body, soul and spirit and their interconnectedness.
All the lessons are based on the preponderance of the scientific evidence.
That means we don't examine just one study,
but all the evidence-based materials we can find
to help each student how to make the improvements in body, soul and spirit that lead to more energetic, fuller lives, all the way to the end.

Even though I founded this course, I admit, I don’t have all the answers---no one does.
