The WholeBlue Living Program

WholeBlue Living includes 10 interactive weeks of
online lessons for life
people who refuse to suffer “old age” and instead
seek to live fully and energetically to the end.

It’s nearly impossible to find a clear way through
the haze of fad diets and “latest research.”
The worst is when we try the latest fad only to find it’s actually harmful.
Without trustworthy guidance, we default to “hope,” as in, I hope I don’t get ____
(fill in the blank with what you dread most).

WholeBlue Living, is sometimes called WholeBlue Eating because the first six weeks
we focus on what you put in your body.
However, what we eat and how we live our days are all connected.
So in the last four weeks of the course, we evaluate our beings from a Whole perspective,
looking at ways we can improve body, soul and spirit and their interconnectedness.
All the lessons are based on the preponderance of the scientific evidence.
That means we don't examine just one study,
but all the evidence-based materials we can find
to help each student how to make the improvements in body, soul and spirit
that lead to more energetic, fuller lives, all the way to the end.
One student recently said, “You saved me years of research time.”

Even though I founded this course, I admit, I don’t have all the answers---no one does.
But I’ll be perfectly honest every time.
All of us at WholeBlue Living are committed to bringing to you
the very best of the scientific research
in everyday language---what we learn and live every day.
For every lesson, expect well-researched facts, thoughtful opinions,
case studies from other successful plant-based eaters,
great tips, recipes and a formula for success
in living a whole-food, plant-based lifestyle for better health.

Who is the program for?

Whether you are a committed meat eater,
someone who already
lives a healthy lifestyle, or
a health super star,
the WholeBlue Living
course will help you:
✓   Clarify your life goals
✓   Achieve more in life
✓   Learn new ways to address old health problems
✓   Understand research claims
✓   Take control of your health
✓   Define your health vision
✓   Not be a burden in old age
✓   Optimize your weight
✓   Manage emotions
✓   Move your body
✓   Learn proven approaches to strengthen your body, soul & spirit

And you’ll do all this in a way that’s fully aligned
with your values and integrity.
WholeBlue Living is encouraging
and informative.
But there are no silver bullets or guaranteed results.

Changing habits, whether diet, emotional or spiritual change, requires resolve, courage and sticktoitiveness. Most of all it requires commitment to yourself, a willingness to do what you have to do today, to reap the benefits tomorrow.

Our primary goal is to encourage you every way through your steps of change. We provide all the information you need to rethink the way you live and behave. We'll show you how to make smarter decisions like the long-living, energetic person you want to be not just today but all the way to the end of your life. We provide the skills that serve you for life.

WholeBlue Living is for those who are determined to make every day count, and who want to live their own lives, the lives they were created for, fully to the end.
"The information and tasty recipes in the WholeBlue Living course helped us to safely keep our cholesterol low. This is important to my husband and me because all four of our parents died from heart disease."

Everything is online: no travel required
All course materials, including streaming videos, transcripts, recipes, handouts, growth assignments and additional resources, are in our online member portal. You’ll also be able to ask questions, get feedback and connect with fellow students and mentor coaches, all without leaving your home.
Program timing
The core of the WholeBlue Living program includes 10 weeks of solid curriculum.
Each week we release several video lessons plus corresponding growth assignments,
recipes, or other handouts to help you easily make changes for a stronger life.

Once you complete the initial 10 weeks, and all content has been released, you’ll have access to the entire library of training materials inside the member portal for a year. You can revisit and review them as often as you like. At the end of the year, we will provide an option for you to renew your membership for a significant discount.
Learn at your own pace
You have access to the training and included 21-day trial for a year. Go through the materials as they’re released each week, or slow things down
and work at your own pace.

If you’re working a full-time job, several part-time jobs, managing a household, traveling around the world, or dealing with any big life events during the 10-week program, don’t worry about falling behind.

You can revisit and review the training materials any time. Remember, making lifestyle changes that matter is not a 10-week, linear event.
Here's how much time you'll need

We recommend between three to five hours the first three weeks to watch the course content, complete your assignments and engage with our mentors and the community. Weeks four through six are your 21-day trial. When you spend the time you need to prepare during the first three weeks, the 21-day trial should be a snap.

The last four weeks of the course, the soul and spirit work, will take four to six hours each.

Naturally, the more focus and dedication you put into WholeBlue Living, the more you’ll get out of it. But if you’re not able to carve out that much time at first, don’t worry. Many of our students go through the program as best they can, pause,
and return to it as their schedule allows.

You’ll get guidance, support & community

If you’re overwhelmed and feel like you’re in over your head, especially with the food changes, we are here to help. Once you join WholeBlue Living, you’ll receive the guidance and support you need from like-minded people in a safe and encouraging environment.

You’re about to join a very supportive community. In our private, student-only community, you can share ideas, get feedback and connect with other students and mentors.
WholeBlue Living is only offered twice a year,
to keep class sizes manageable.
Be the first to know when our next enrollment period opens.
